- Which water system is suitable for my application?
- Suitability depends on water source and quality, treatment objective, flow, operating hours, infrastructure, installation space and maintenance requirements. No single system fits every use. After collecting the data, Nimbus can determine whether filtration, reverse osmosis, softening, disinfection, a treatment combination or further review is appropriate.
- Can a system be selected by its number of stages?
- No. Stage count alone does not establish quality, suitability or performance. The purpose of each stage, its fit for the water, maintenance requirements and target result must be understood. More stages do not necessarily make a system better for a specific case.
- Does Nimbus display prices online?
- No. Price depends on the model or system configuration, supply scope, fit, installation, service and commercial terms. A defined quotation is provided after the requirement is reviewed. Displaying a category online is not a quotation.
- What information is required for an industrial water-system review?
- Required information includes water source, a current analysis, average and peak flow, target product quality, operating hours, requested recovery where relevant, infrastructure, space, drainage and site conditions. For an existing system, pressure, flow, quality, membrane configuration and fault or maintenance history are also useful.
- Can membranes tested under different conditions be compared directly?
- Source data can be displayed side by side, but it is not a direct comparison when pressure, test solution, temperature, pH or recovery differ. Preserve the source value, show test conditions and identify unit conversions as conversions. Do not automatically normalize or declare a winner.
- Is replacement matching an engineering approval?
- No. Website matching is preliminary only. If essential information is missing, at most a possible family may be shown. Final selection requires Nimbus review of the existing specification, feed water, system design, operating conditions, pressure-vessel configuration and required product quality.
- How can I send a water analysis or equipment photograph?
- Start with the website form and a short description. After the inquiry is opened, a water analysis, datasheet, label photograph or system photograph can be emailed to shlomo@nimbuswater.co.il. Files are not uploaded through the website, and unnecessary information should not be sent.
- Does Nimbus guarantee product availability?
- No. Availability is checked at the time of inquiry and depends on model, quantity, timing and supply conditions. Displaying a product, family or category does not guarantee stock, delivery time or fit. Binding information appears in the approved quotation or agreement.
Selecting a water-treatment solution is an engineering and operational process. It begins with the water source, composition, variation over time, required flow, target quality, operating hours, site constraints and maintenance approach. A technology name alone is not sufficient to establish suitability.
Website information is general and is not a quotation, binding specification, fit approval or engineering approval. Scope, equipment, performance and conditions will be determined only after data review and an approved Nimbus proposal.
